Two blasts in Moscow"s subway stations Lubyanka and Park Kultury occurred during rush hour with an interval of 40 minutes, the first one at approximately 8:00 a.m. According to preliminary information, at least 36 people have died and dozens were injured in the early morning blast.

This is not the first time when a terrorist attack has occurred in transport in Russia. A Moscow-St. Petersburg express train was hit last November, killing 28 people, injuring over 90.
